Well not sure but I dont eat a lot of veggies, Im forever throwing out rotting fruit and veg from the crisper and read that frozen veggies have more vitamins due to being snap frozen just at the right time. They are also already cut up for me so there's that too.

I should eat more fresh veggies - please refer to my laziness thread its all in there
I hear ya on the throwing out food thing. Whenever I do, I think there is some poor bastard in Syria who would kill me for this. Then I just scrape it into the trashcan anyways.

Steak with Parmesan Butter

Serves: 2
Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 8 ounces steak, your choice of cut (I used two 4 ounce filet mignons for this recipe)

Instructions
  1. Heat grill to high.
  2. Mix together butter, cheese and pepper and set aside.
  3. Grill steaks to your favorite degree of doneness. We like ours medium rare, which is about 4 minutes per side for fillets - they should be 125 degrees on an instant read thermometer.
  4. Remove steak from grill and quickly spread with parmesan butter. Tent with foil and let rest for 5 minutes, then serve.

Anyone tried this? Kingtony87 @Homiesauce maybe?

What I posted above is similar plus a few shrimp on top and the steaks are strips

2: Only liked it because I have a Vizio TV too, and my friends ask why I didn't get something else, but they can all suck my ass because I love it.

Edit: Didn't even look at the food, because the remote caught my eye first.

This is my second vizio, 55 inch smart tv. Zero issues after almost 3 years now. This thing kicks ass.

Food description

Cast Iron pan seared shrimp on top of strip steaks with butter garlic and parmesan.

Mushrooms and sweet corn on the side.

Right. I canceled my XBL recently since GTA put me in the bad sport lobby for playing like a cunt and blowing people's cars up with proximity mines. 1 year? Fuck you guys. I'll wait for GTA 6 and hope that it is closer to GTA 5 than GTA 4.

Edit: Canceled my XBL because my Vizio, not quite 55 inch, gets Netflix just fine.

Unless paired with a perfect, big, bold, punch you in your face Cabernet - blue cheese is fucking gross. But, if you find that perfect pairing...things change. For all the wine tastings/pairings I have attended, there were 2 presented by a company called ZING!, and afterwards I talked to the lady who did the presentations and told her how much I hate blue cheese, but JFC, when followed with that Cab it was fucking amazing. There is a science to pairings, and this lady knew her shit.
