Browne offended by Lewis call-out. So who wins?

Travis "Mr. Rousey" Browne said his fight with Derrick Lewis at UFC 208 is a personal one because he thinks Lewis is looking at the guys above him and picking out the easiest fight. Lewis is on a tear, while Browne has been stale as of late. I'm leaning toward Lewis, but I wouldn't totally count Browne out. With his back against the wall (1-3 in his last 4), he might come out swinging. One thing is for sure, this fight is ending in the first with someone staring up at the lights. Who you got?
