This is a smart move by Bellator and a fight I will definitely watch.

I talk a lot of shit about Bellator, but if that's the line-up, then that is a solid PPV card.
Very rarely does the UFC put cards of that caliber together, even before injury pull-outs.
Think Numbers will depend on how much Bellator Charges for the card. From not really doing PPV's to suddenly charging 60 bucks like the UFC it may put a number of fans off. Especially if you consider that Fedor vs Matt was a Free Card and Chael was on that one too. If it's like 20-30 bucks it could be an entirley different story and may separate people from their cash and do very well.

Chael was on Bellator 170. Fedor vs Mitrione was originally supposed to be at 172.
Correct. Sorry about that. Either way, main point is it would be harder to get people to buy if the main event for a free card that was cancelled was suddenly the Main event for a PPV. Good old marketing, switch it up a bit add a BIG couple of names for the Main and folks will open up their wallets.
Two very promising bouts but Bellator probably learned from the Tito vs Rampage PPV they tried that got cancelled. Even though it was a solid card for Hard Cores, when the main got cancelled it hurt bad and ended up putting it on Spike. Will not be surprised if this time at least one more big name bout is added and at least one CHampionship Fight. If Rory is ready this would be a perfect time to bring him out against Lima or Koreshkov. Possibly Bader vs McGreary

Wandy hasn't fought in THREE YEARS, was not looking that great for a while at that point, he is already 40 and had bad accident related injuries recently. God knows what he is going to look like in there. not to mention Chael is the worst kind of fighter for Wandy's style.
