It was not a Muslim ban. Citizens from the largest Mulsim nations; Algeria, Turkey, Morroco, Indonesia, Pakistan, etc had no restrictions whatsoever to enter the USA... Travel ban did fail, but at least keep away from false rethoric. It is simply false.

So the end product was not a Mulsim ban, oh ok, just as I suspected. A Muslim ban would imply people from Indonesia, the largest Muslim population of the world, or even dual citizens -inclduing from Iran- would be banned as well. Which of course never got implemented. The lingo used before it hits the table, does not matter. It doesn't change that the travel ban was not targeted at Muslims. Only at a few nations that have a Muslim dominant population, but not by far the largest communities.

For example, a ban on people from a particular background would look like this:

Here a list of all the Muslim countries that ban Israeli Jews:

  • Syria
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • Yemen
  • Libya
  • Algeria
  • Bangladesh
  • Brunei
  • Kuwait
  • Lebanon
  • Malaysia
  • Oman
  • Pakistan
  • Sudan
  • Saudi Arabia
  • United Arab Emirates
And nobody gets upset about this. No one is protesting. An actual ban based on a people's background /religion.

Trump promised a ban on Muslims entering into the USA, no?

Again, something Trump failed to follow through on. Don't blame me because all he could muster up was a failed attempt at a travel ban.

I'm not truly sure what exactly mc gusto is attempting to prove here. That trump is equally as competent as just about every other president at fulfilling his campaign promises?

If you want your country to be in the same row, good for you, but others might not want that.

No marches on the US streets about that. But they do march about victicious wage gaps and pussy grabbing. No marches at all. No protests at all. These countries are not being held accountable, at all. Anti semitism is tolerated.

Like closing Quantanamo Bay?
Like getting rid of oil/gas loopholes?
Like creating a retirement savings tax credit for the poor?
Like restricting bankruptcy from companies that provide executive bonuses?
Like allowing prescription drugs from abroad?
Like promise to secure our personal data?
Like limiting subsidies for the agricultural industry?

Yeah, broken promises, like a broken record. Each and every one of them. People should not only speak up when the other side is caught in a lie. That is how they get us each time.

For the record, I talked shit about Obama and his failed promises all throughout his terms.

Trump isn't special, well yes special with a capital R, but not special as in the only one criticized. Although it might seem that way with the amount he likes to complain and cry about him and America being the victim.
