Hard to say, the way our Government moves is equivalent to a snails crawl. There's going to be a huge fight in Congress over Trumps tax plan and the healthcare bill v2.0 on the immediate horizon, so those proposals are obviously going to get precedence...Not to mention the federal budget and possible Government shutdown at the end of the week.
