Getting a spot at Kangaroo's gym is the biggest commodity in Sydney you have to kill someone to create an opening.@Judobill - like to get a fighter into your gym. Can you create an opening?

You know I have nothing but respect and admiration for you, but I just can't do it. Even for myself, I had to wait over a week for a spot to open, I already had a fighter created and just checked daily and as soon as a spot became available, I jumped on it. I am willing to give you 50k if you wanted to set up a gym yourself. I know there are others who will pitch in too. We really need another gym in Sydney.
I actually have considered setting it to private, obviously, I would keep everyone who is in the gym now, but I would like to have it filled with guys from here and secondly those from SFC. I just want to make sure that everyone who in in it now are grandfathered in. there's a guy who just started a new gym in Sydney called "My Way MMA" but he either has no clue what he's doing or has a weird plan with his gym. I messaged him when he started and even joined with my project who was training physicals only but I had to leave when he didn't reply about getting other coaches. I also told him to contact Sydney FC staff for contracts, not sure if he ever did it...so with that said, we could try to lure him into actually doing something worthwhile in the game.

If you have the gym set to private, only those you Invite can join it. You can either invite a specific fighter, invite a manager's entire roster, or invite an org's entire roster to the gym. If a guy leaves the gym and someone takes his place, you either gotta increase the capacity or kick someone from the gym. You get a notification at the bottom of the gym page of which fighters have joined your gym and who has left each week so you will actually know who took the spaces.

I kind of understand this, but right now I have 50 people in the gym. If I now set the gym to invite only, what happens the the members that are already in? Are they grandfathered in? Thanks.
Yeah they won't get kicked out at all. They have their spaces locked in and won't leave the gym unless you kick them out, they run out of money to pay their fees, or their manager moves them out of the gym.

Overall you're doing a great job though I don't think you need to be thinking about selling. these are minor fuckups compared to what you've done with the org and no one wants to deal with a new boss for no reason.

I just started two new jobs but outside of them I have no life so just shoot me a message on what to do and I got it from here on out. If you eventually have to sell, I'll definitely buy it and manage it all to keep it within TMMAC. I just never messed with that stuff in the past because I didn't want to fuck anything up lol.
