How do shitty managers keep getting jobs? No reason the Nats shouldn't have won that series in 3 or 4 games...
It’s the fear of going with someone they believe can do the job and damn well might be good at it as opposed to hearing fans bitching about hiring him and having to deal with losing their gm position due to the decision.......it’s safe and the smart move, let him fail and you keep your job
The Nats play in DC, I amnsure the color of his skin had absolutely nothing to do with his hiring. Remember they also re elected Marion Barry after he did jail time, so not the smartest bunch by any means.

Fortunately, as stated before, I don’t watch them live 99% of the time.
The time change is great because I can watch the next day and fast forward through all of the bullshitting around between pitches.....are the games longer nowadays? Their seem like it.
