I honestly don't know.. they do it In wrestling as the year goes on due to holidays and natural growth as a kid..

We have no control over what fighters do in the gym. I always make a big deal to fighters and their coaches how important it is to not spar or grapple during the time I suspend them; but it is an unenforceable recommendation.
