so in the market for a team, preferably Canadian losers with a good young roster.
the kind where everything is going to fall apart in a couple years when they trade off their talent.

Ottawa is a shit franchise. They owner doesn’t give a fuck and they will never spend enough to win. I wouldn’t be surprised if they relocate within the next 5 years.
