I'm surprised you don't make your own. Ketchup is cheap, just don't ruin it by fridgerating it!
We have a very small kitchen and our prep list is pretty big already. We make about 70 percent of everything from scratch but if we can find something premade that matches our flavor profile that we are looking for we will just buy it. We still modify it to get something closer to what we are looking for.

As an example one of our salads has a smokey french dressing. It's basically Kens french dressing with some liquid smoke added do it. Takes 30 seconds to make and we go through a ton of it.

I'll give you one of my secret sauce recipes it's our honey teriyaki chipotle glaze, 1 cup of Kikkoman teriyaki glaze, 1 cup honey, 1/4 cup tabasco chipotle.

Our bulk recipe is 2 quarts, 2 quarts and 2 cups. The flavor is awesome and we use it in a ton of recipes. Great as a baste for chicken on the grill, dipping sauce for eggrolls, side sauce for a stirfry. We also offer it as an option for our boneless wings.

Ken's makes a fine dressing and I love French. I'm gonna try that out. I add a lot of French dressing to various "salads" like chicken/potato/macaroni but egg salad is banned from my kitchen. It's unnatural.

What do you use the BBQ sauce for? I'm assuming for the pork you just pulled out. Are you an Asian grill?

A lot. Pork, burgers, wings, cast iron skillets dinners, etc. Think of a cross between applebee's and chili's.
Have you tried Cattleman's?
They have a great base sauce, and some of the best varieties I've ever tasted.

Cattleman's is probably my "SBR's" in terms of nostalgia. The local meat market we lived by in the barrio had my favorite smoked brisket ever. $5/lb. They'd smoke it in a pit larger than life then braise it in its own juice with Cattleman's. Served on a bed of onions and pickles on top. I can still taste it.

It has a very distinct flavor. It doesn't taste like your generic BBQ sauce like SBR's so you will be changing your flavor profile.
