I barely use the microwave for anything. But if I had to, I'd make it work...
I only use the microwave to reheat meat or melt cheese/soften butter.
I may have to even revisit that.

Picked up one of those Ronco Rottiserre units at a garage sale recently for 3 bucks, looked brand new. Had one years ago and it made crazy good roto chickens.

Thinking of trying to do some sort of Gyro meat thing, not sure if that would work horizontally.
Might just do some lamb hunks or chicken.
Love my ronco itself makes great sense chicken wing's too!

No, I do 225 for 11 hours, then pull it & let it sit for an hour.
I'm lucky I did that too because it ran on the cusp and 250 might have dryed it out.
For ours we will put the into a perforated steam table pan then set that into a 6 in deep steam table pan, then wrap the whole thing with foil, the fat and juices render through to the bottom and steams the pork at the same time as it slow cooks.

One thing I've never done is corned beef.
I love corned beef & corned beef hash, always have.
I was thinking about it last night during seconds.
Used to ask for corned beef & cabbage as a kid for my b-day.

I've never even tried a beef corn. Ditto to riding a Harley or Porsha, as well.

Just cut it with apple cider vinegar. I'd agree it is bottom shelf, but it is readily available, so it's got that going for it. Meat Mitch's Whomp Sauce Naked is where it's at.

There's tons of readily available sauces at around the same mark but SBR gets way too much love. If your daddy used it, your daddy was wrong.

We use SBR due to the price point, we do modify it. SBR is 53 dollars for 4 gallons, bullseye is 85 for 4 gallons. For how much we use the savings is significant over the year.

Have you tried Head Country? it's really good cheap sauce.

I'm surprised you don't make your own. Ketchup is cheap, just don't ruin it by fridgerating it!
