Not a fan of lamb?

I make it middle eastern style, very tasty to me.
I salt brine for a minimum of 2 hours, then garlic and onion powders. Grill over mesquite lump charcoal and normal charcoal mix. Fucking amazing.

(Edit)been testing the cajun 2 step on it for a minimum of 2 hours and they are amazing as well.
