See what it’s like when the net comes off but there’s probably 8 plates of food here.
Going to roast some today with minted gravy, roast potatoes, carrots and kale.
Then probably a cottage pie. Not sure what else.
Probably get the crockpot out

My fucking flour has finally shipped. Our bread bakery will be open again this weekend. We have 10 lbs all purpose and 10 lbs of bread flour coming in. One it arrives I'll probably order another 10 lbs of each and maybe some whole wheat flour and another pound of yeast.
I had to move my starter to the fridge because we were running low on flour and wanted corn bread. It's doing much better using a 2:1 ratio by volume of flour to water.

I got the vegetables all in their pans. Got my carrot onion. Celery that I like for gravy to sit the meat on but husband has such a horrific tooth ache he can’t eat anything. He’s had to have one of my even more knock out surgery pain killers that I had from surgery last year he’s so fucked up

a dentist is going to call him in the morning but he’s in a terrible way

I want lamb ffs!
