Guaranteed that the toilet paper has been stolen from that gas stations restroom.
First off, I don't care at all about a few hundred parisians protesting after months of them protesting. I would hope my media does not waste time on this.
Secondly, I can't think of anything that is more self-destructive to one's message than the appearance that you're putting your politics over your neighbor's health. Those protests during a time of calling for social isolation to protect your neighbor is a comically poor choice in optics and if I were the opposition against them I would drum that up loudly and clearly.

I kind of get the TP thing (not people being selfish fucks and depleting the shelves) because if you have to stay at home for a period of time you don't want to run out. But gas? If I'm sick, the last thing I'm wanting to do is go on a road trip.
