We have had 2 employees test positive at work so now we are being told to wear surgical masks at all times(we only get one for the whole 12 hour shift due to a shortage/concern for shortage). Employees are also are supposed to stay at least 6 feet away from each other even while giving report... No way to do that with the patients. All ventilator patients are no longer allowed to have mist due to concerns of the mist making it easier to transmit.

There are a couple of places here that are running with that "one mask per person per day" rule which is absolutely insane. I understand it in principle but not in practice. Hell, you know the standards normally say that you can't even take it down and have one hanging around your neck at any point in time but now you're supposed to keep and use the same one all day. Pretty wild.
