China went from "If you were on a plane with someone infected stay home for 14 days and watch for symptoms" to "If you were on a plane with someone infected we'll come get you and haul you off to our centralized quarantine."
I'm not convinced just because China does something. If airborne TB can be filtered out, then those hepa filters seem to do a pretty good job.

I'd have to know more about their required maintenance, points of failure, specific studies, etc. I'd be happy just to see some studies that suggests the re-circulation increases any type of respiratory droplet based infection. I can't find that on a first pass.
