He was definitely trying to push Joe towards the darker subjects, but Joe clearly didn't want to hit them on the podcast.
That bit where they say how much of the vote has been counted means how much of the vote had been counted.
He needs to just slow it down. I thought Joe did a good job of making him explain what he was claiming rather than spitting out sound bites and saying to look it up.
There's many way to figure out how much vote has yet to be counted in different areas. Republicans always vote on election day and the Dems kill them in early voting...
