The Hominick fight was boring and the Lamas fight was fucking terrible. His one exciting 5R decision was vs Mendes.

It all goes down to perspective, and I personally don't think Aldo has really ever been in a boring fight IMO! I always appreciate his explosiveness and ability to maintain techincal dominance during those flurries, the only thing you could possible fault Aldo for IMO is having a bad gas tank and slowing down the rest to me is always entertaining and dynamic . but why do you have to resort to those stupid comments like "alot of Aldo fans are going to cry on Christmas " just say you think he's boring conor will win and that's your opinion plain and simple no need for the extra shit

This is the same as when Cain fought Brock and Weidman fought Silva the first time. When it comes to this fight fans put too much stock into the 'caliber of opponent' argument and not enough thought into consistency of types of wins and 'what have you done for me lately' when they come to the erroneous conclusion that Aldo is going to destroy Conor. Nobody can say for certain who will win next month but I can tell you this for certain, Aldo will do nothing even closely resembling 'destroying' Conor. It's not happening. You can go ahead and bet your entire WEC Blu Ray collection on that.

Did you not watch that fight ? It was a close contested match and and lamas even got top position in the 5th round and was laying some hard ground and pound till the end of the fight. That fight was a good fight. Maybe it wasn't a all out war but it wasn't boring in my opinion

I imagine there are people/person out there who find every Cathal Pendred fight a barnburner as well. To each his own and all that.
I'm just trying to spice up the shit talk before the fight. If (when) Conor wins, I'm not going to rub it in anyone's face. If Aldo wins (lol), I'll be humble in defeat.

Man I used to think that Bisping was more than a gatekeeper. Those were the days.
Vitor was TRT'd to all hell for that fight but I would still find it hard to say that Bisping beats the (allegedly) drug-free Vitor we saw last weekend.

I watched it, unfortunately. I'm not going to watch it again, no matter how much you try to convince me that my eyes were lying to me that night.
It seemed to me like Jose was technically superior and didn't want to take any chances, as small as they were, of leaving himself open for a counter.
But who were they? Chumps beside Holloway , mendes and poirer and Holloway wasn't even as good as he is now when they fought. I think conor is one of the best easy in his division but I don't think he is as highly touted as he and Dana portray him to be. I love the fighting style and prowess he brings into the octogon but I just am not the biggest fan because his antics .

Aldo does terrible numbers. That is a fact. McGregor has at least gotten people to lay attention to the division.
But he's a good fighter. Second best in the division after Conor.
