I just went through text my friend, and I noticed on my list there was Amanda. With a UK number. Doesn't make sense. I don't know an Amanda apart from a Mexican one 7 years ago and I sure as shit know for sure she doesn't have a UK phone number.

Anyone else do wings in the air fryer? I gotta admit, this is my favorite way of cooking them now. Not because of the convenience, but because of how crispy they turn out, if done right. I've smoked them, grilled them....air fryer is the only way to go for me now.

As long as you use the right temp and time you can't beat the crisp.
I dry them off real well, spray them using olive oil spray, then coat them with dry rub, and cook them for 20 min on 400 degrees. Then coat them lightly one last time after they're done cooking.
