My girlfriend in the 8th grade was half samoan and half white she was 5'10",she played volleyball I was her 5'8" 142 lbs manlet on the baseball,soccer and football team,she actually hurt my hip flexor first time we did it. 😉

- It is a deterrent when used properly. It's only failed in the US because it is improperly used.

In the UK, in every major town or city, you will be able to find at least one 'black club'. I formerly bouncered at one in Plymouth. Occasionally I would be told that I didn't belong there as it was a 'Black Only Club'. It wasn't, but some guests didn't seem to understand. In London there are actual 'Black Clubs' where you cannot socialise unless you're black. This isn't lawfully accepted, but socially it is generally considered acceptable and so these clubs are run in this manner. Also, what about the Black Entertainment Television (BET) awards. If there was a (WET) awards ceremony it'd be instantly condemned as racist. So the question is, where the fuck did equality go?

Dogs tend to back down as soon as they sense danger, if it's a game dog I choke it. Most of the time a good kick is enough to send most of those nomads scattering.

Well,... (and this may suprise you) ... it's too humane. Too 'clean'.

In order for it to be effective, it needs to be brutal, horrific, and public (examples - like some 'savage' middle east countries {not necessarily the methods}). As well as soon as possible after conviction.

BTW I realize the problems with that because of due process and appeals etc... and because of the dangers of false convictions - of which there have been many. I would suggest the justice system be upgraded for death penalty cases to have a category beyond 'reasonable doubt'. Something like 'unquestionable doubt' - where conviction is based on "irrefutable" evidence - DNA, camera footage, confession, etc.

In those cases, fry them (maybe even literally) in public. Those crimes will drop. There isn't a significant study showing that countries with public executions show a deterrent to the crimes, but there are strong indications it does. And I have some even more "extreme" views than that on the matter if you're interested lol. But I think you get my drift.

I think you have a point here. It's not an effective deterrent if you're not afraid of it.

Immediate public vivisection after conviction, or worse.

I'm all for this. The modern day death penalty is a joke. Appeal after appeal after appeal. Guys will spend 40 years in jail, then get executed when they are in their 70's. Stupid and a huge waste of tax money.

Unquestionable guilt? Your ass is fried. Tomorrow.
 
I just want to point out the the death penalty is said to drive people to commit worse crimes and not act as a deterrent.

The lobby group for child sexual abuse here lobbies against the death penalty quite vocally - "Lets not turn this rape into a murder" kinda thing.

Im personally pro death penalty especially for any politician found to have been corrupt, IDGAF if he just used his public funding to pay for his golf membership when it was against the rules, hang that piece of shit. They are fucking criminals out of control here
