I see a lot of laws and ordinances being forgotten during the rebuild. The reason is that a lot of big-time CA Dem donors lost their homes. If they get fucked out of rebuilding by local or state government red tape, regulations, and ordinances...that is going to be a major kick in the teeth to the Dem establishment fundraising operation in the state.
And they gotta feed the monkey man, so they gonna move heaven and earth for their cronies.
As always, "One law for me...and my big donors...and one law for thee."

Agree with he post above how they will be able to skirt the Cali red tape. But if a bunch of low income housing was built in their NIMBY utopia it would be great.
No doubt, most of the residents love that type of thing for others, but not themselves of course.

"Extinguished LA fires continue to not burn at all" doesn't exactly get many clicks for that sweet ad revenue.
