Trent Bown has been getting steamrolled all year at Right Tackle

Send in Mims. It's time.

Daniels is going to be the best QB out of this draft class.
We won't really know for 3 years or so, but he does look very good for game 3.

I think we will know a lot more by about week 12, he has a few nasty defenses coming up on the schedule which is a good test for a rook.

Just figured out the game was on over the air.
WTF is going on? Are the Commanders decent, or has the Bengals window officially closed?

Here's my personal interesting fact nugget for you:

American football wasn't really known about in the UK until the 80s.

In the early 80s there were only 3 TV channels in the UK. Then a new channel started, unsurprisingly called Channel 4. It had a budget of roughly £5.27 for all programming, so obviously it couldn't compete with the BBC or ITV for any of the established sports. The only way it could have any sports content at all was to try to promote something that was new to UK audiences.

The most successful of these "unknown" sports was the NFL. There was an explosion of interest in this strange sport, especially amongst younger viewers.

I was in my teens at the time. The first season that they covered was the year that the Chicago Bears ran rampant, with the 46 defense and Jim McMahon at QB. Everyone latched onto the Bears as their favourite team because of the hype around them.

Of course I was different to all those sheeple who just tagged onto the winning team, I was better than that! So when an exciting young QB called Dan Marino led the Miami Dolphins to hand the Bears their only loss of that season, I had my team. I've stuck with them ever since.

The year that I chose the Dolphins as my team? 1985.

The last time the Dolphins made it to the Super Bowl? Yep you guessed it, 1984 lol.
lol thats one of the best "How I became a fan" story's I have heard.

It's unique and has a hell of a payoff at the end. 10/10 story.

Commanders have played well. And I think the Bengals just arent very good for some reason too.

Mmm, pretty sure the Chiefs are good.
They are 3-0 yes
but they very easily could have lost two of those and all have been 1 score games, a call and a no call from 1-2

Good yes
Dominant no, at least not yet

Regardless of past achievements you can't really see what teams are cream of the crop until week 7-12 IMO

Can't believe they make a big deal about a QB sliding.

How can you not know how to slide as a professional athlete in America?!?!

Damn, this Jayden Daniels kid can fucking move! Looks like Lamar but quicker. I wouldn’t have believed such a thing was even possible.
