Yeah, that must have been where I first saw it, too. I sometimes come back to it for the views/music.
It’s been fully restored now and is a tourist attraction, still looks dodgy in a few sections, be an amazing stroll though.
To be fair, if you watch the gif to the end you'll see a steel safety cable which I assume they are attached to.
