Spot on. If they are too big for the body or over-filled (i.e. the beachballs on a toothpick look), then they are ridiculous. If they are appropriate for the frame, understated, and well broken-in, they can be glorious.
Well, they tend to feel firmer than natural breasts and you can actually feel the edges of the implants by squeezing them at a certain angle. There are visible scars underneath the breasts as well.
That being said, fake breasts are not my cup of tea. I prefer asses over breasts, but silicone asses look silly as fuck so I'll pass on that as well.
