If the "captured war plans" are to be believed, the schedule for conquering the entire of Ukraine was 15 days, with Kyiv being taken in 3.

Here we are 15 days in, and the Russians have taken what? Mariupol, and possibly Kherson?

I wonder what the Russians do from here, and I really hope mthe answer isn't "the same as they always do when things don't go their way", which is raze cities to the ground.

That one Russian soldier with some sense: Hey, comrades, maybe we should have some sort of missile defense system set up along this long ass convoy of ours?

Russian high command: Lol YOLO

Seems like his estimate of 2-3 weeks worth of spares was off by a few days.
Someone suggested jet fuel shortage causing them to be “lightly loaded” and incapable of making their final destination.

No idea how plausible that is.

Seems unlikely. Why would you put a plane in the air without enough fuel to get to it's destination? They might be cutting it really close though and not have any emergency back up. Like if a plane had to reroute it wouldn't make it potentially if they were rerouted late into the journey, potentially. All speculation though.
