I don't think Putin is pedo. For what it's worth. I don't think Biden is either.
Politicians kissing babies is an age old tactic. Giving a kid a raspberry on their stomach however random or stroking/kissing a child's neck makes you a pedo. Just badly played out with a camera when the kid rails against it.
