We've mentioned it a few times in this thread, but a great majority of them are funded by us to coordinate control and prevention measures for old Soviet stockpiles. In the same way that we worry about the fall of the Soviet Union fencing nukes to rogue states or smaller unstable governments that used to be part of the larger union, We also worry about illicit stockpiles getting into the wrong hands for unaccountable actors.
Increasingly though we use an international network of labs to monitor pandemic potential outbreaks. Most of the propaganda around these labs ebbs and flows with the new cycle which should really tell you something. I think I jokingly posted a link where the old propaganda was that we were going to use those labs to give Zika to people. Then at another time it was bird flu. You get my point.
Dr Osterholm was on Rogan a couple weeks ago, I strongly suggest you make the time for it. Interesting stuff.

There is zero about tulsi's video that doesn't apply to nuclear power. In fact, the actual nuclear power stations inside of Ukraine right now.
But you recognize real quickly. How dumb the idea is that we should get rid of all nuclear power on the planet because Russia might shell them. But that's her argument for biolabs that she's turning into big scary monsters.
The reason she's not saying that about nuclear plants is because the biolabs is just propaganda that she's a useful idiot spreading.

no i havent watched her ever tbh, but i have heard of her pro-war stances lately, which (at least until the ukraine) seemed to always be pro-war against muslims, which fits into her right-wing grift

People seem to forget that the only way to enforce a ceasefire of a specific area is to have "neutral" boots on the ground.
im not familiar with the details of war to that extent, but considering america's track record of being the biggest war criminal of them all, it's probably better if it sits this one out and let's more local countries be that neutral force
