How would the US respond if Russia and China started amassing troops and infrastructure in Mexico?

Russia has always been very clear about what they would do if nato tried to engulf them. NATO did it anyway.
This is all theater of the absurd.
The west created this conflict and you are buying their framing of it.

We started this shit. Nobody is saying Russia are the good guys here, but you need to understand that they aren't the bad guys either. I don’t think they had much of a choice in their actions, they had to back up what they'd been saying for years. NATO/The West kept pushing and pushing. Any reasonable leader would push back hard.
If Russia were that worried about NATO they wouldn't have drawn down all of their troops bordering NATO countries and sent them to Ukraine. It's all about the oil and natural gas under those regions. Russia can't allow Ukraine to develop it's oil and gas or it will usurp Russia's European marketplace.

All Russia has accomplished concerning NATO is to cause Finland and Sweden to join NATO.

The Financial Times: G20 weakens support for Ukraine amid pressure over Russia peace talks

The world's largest economies have shown their support for Ukraine waning, issuing a joint declaration that toned down previously agreed criticism of Russia's actions in Ukraine and made only a general reference to the "human suffering" caused by the 1,000-day conflict.

Russia has made very clear, for decades, that they will not tolerate nato/western aligned military attempting to surround them.

I'm not Russian apologist, but the west has been spitting in their face and saying "do something about it, bitch."

They did something.

We have no actual reason to be involved in this at all, except for politicians that have heavily invested in the compromised Ukraine and NATO who doesn't seem to understand the word "consequences".

This is an attempt by the "West" to reset the board and if Americans continue to go along with it their sons and daughters will die in a pointless war.

Its pretty fucking simple when you remove estrogen from the equation

Estrogen? Lol

In Odessa Oblast, a monument to partisan Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya, killed by the Nazis, was dismantled. It was located on the grounds of a school in the city of Belgorod-Dnestrovsky.

Earlier, in Krivoy Rog, authorities dismantled monuments to Pushkin and Lermontov.

President Joe Biden has authorized the provision of antipersonnel land mines to Ukraine, a step that will bolster Kyiv’s defenses against advancing Russian troops but has drawn criticism from arms control groups.

The move comes in the wake of the White House’s recent authorization allowing Ukraine to use a powerful missile system to strike inside Russia — part of a sweep of urgent actions that the lame-duck Biden administration is taking to help Kyiv’s faltering war effort.

How does that have anything to do with how Russia will profit by winning control over it now?
Because it's will always be a region in turmoil, "we" aren't solving shit. This is all manipulation and we can't tip the scales forever. We have our own problems and the solutions for them are internal. We are crumbling yet all our resources are going to external conflicts and culture bending.
Its all preposterous.
We (the west) literally willed this conflict into being.
To what end? What's the point?

We are weak as a nation right now. That is why Russia is banking on us to back down.

Ukraine has abundant natural resources and agricultural wealth, and it’s strategically located. You can only imagine the Superpower Russia will become. And China is set to help them.

Russia will have more power and say-so in World politics than we do within our lifetime.
Don‘t forget Russia hates the West, it’s politics and it’s culture.

Does anyone here believe that Ukraine will be enough? That Russia will be satisfied and stop there?

They are playing the long game.

A strong point of Their “culture“ is to destroy yours.

Do You believe that if we just stay here and only mind our own business that the world will leave us alone?

So as no one misunderstands me, I’m not disputing what caused the war. Nor do I want the US to keep dropping money and resources.

I want a peaceful agreement to end the conflict. Let’s hope Russia is willing. I do not believe we can allow Russia to take all of Ukraine and it’s resources (power).

The real boogeyman behind the curtain is China though, right? Right, guys?

Yes, Russia's economy has been collapsing for 2 years and Putin is going to get ousted and the Ukrainians will take back crimea by may.

These have no weight any longer to convince anyone. They are just cope porn for the woke believers.
