These aren't the actual amendments, but a sort of summary of them. Here's a link to the text: The Bill of Rights (Amendments 1 - 10)1 - right of free expression and free association.
2 - right of self-preservation
3 - right to privacy
4- right to due process for possessions
5 - right to due process for persons, freedom from self-incrimination
6 - right to confront accusers in a speedy and public trial
7 - right to trial by jury of your peers
8 - right to equitable punishment, free from cruelty or malice
9 - all rights are equal, regardless of enumeration in this list
10 - right to limited government
Yes, it unfortunately is. I can go into more detail about why and how, but I'll have to save it for the morning. Remind me.That's not at all true.

It's quite simple, really: the Second Amendment was created solely for the white man to dominate Native Americans and African slaves.
Even today, who supports the 2A? Conservatives - aka, white supremacists, who feel they need guns to protect themselves from African Americans, who they perceive as a constant threat.

Canada has always had (or at least for the last +/- 100 years?) some form of gun restrictions and registration has it not?Substantially lower rate of firearms ownership. So no, it definitely isn't as easy. The more relevant question would be why weren't disgruntled kids shoot up schools when we had no storage laws?
It should die. One of the worst things that could happen IMO.But on a real note.
What is the status of the arming teachers plan?
Is that happening or was it just rhetoric?
I think it depends on the gun and scenario when defining what's more dangerous. For example, someone taking an AR pistol with 30-40 round mag into a school will likely cause much more damage than someone who takes a bolt action .308 or 300 into a school. It's a semi-auto variant of the most commonly used infantry weapon. Same as the musket when the 2nd was written. D.C. v Heller showed us that we have a constitutional right to keep weapons in case of confrontation to protect ourselves. The AR has become the most commonly used home protection platform and banning the entire class would be unconstitutional. There are far deadlier weapons available than a .223 rifle.
You have obviously never witnessed me use a swedish Mauser. I'm like max manusI think it depends on the gun and scenario when defining what's more dangerous. Well, I am hopeful you use your skill for good and not evil then. You have obviously never witnessed me use a swedish Mauser. I'm like max manus
It was an ar15 sawn off revolver according to my sourcesWhy are people talking about AR-15s? The shooter used a shotgun and a revolver. Not a rifle.
They've required registration since (I believe) the 70's, but there were no storage laws until the early 90's. So leaving a loaded handgun in your nightstand was something that could, and did, happen.Canada has always had (or at least for the last +/- 100 years?) some form of gun restrictions and registration has it not?
Hand guns have been restricted and required registration for as long as I can remember, and now I am too lazy to look it up.
I dunno man. You mount a red dot on a .338 Lapua and pockets full of mags, you’re talking 4500ft-lbs of energy vs around 1100ft-lbs of a .223 AR. You’re going to be able to penetrate a lot of tissue in a hallway or classroom with that.I think it depends on the gun and scenario when defining what's more dangerous.
