Loving this show right now. I just finished S2E6. It really is in its groove. The use of the Billy Joel song was nothing short of perfect. The dude playing Homelander is putting on a perfect performance. If he doesn’t get an award for this role it would be a robbery. I was all about Erin Moriarty (Starlight), but the girl playing Kimiko is pulling even. I want to be more than friends with both.
Anthoy starr is a star he carried banshee too.
I don’t get the love people have for banshee. It relied on over the top action and sex scenes to move the plot forward. In a setting that was trying to be realistic.
Ash vs evil dead did somewhat the same thing but was obviously set in an unrealistic world. Banshee tried to stay grounded in reality while doing all sorts of unrealistic shit.
I just couldn’t get into it.

Having the son take out Storm Front was expected...but I didn’t see Becca getting killed in the process coming. So well done.

It’s very satirical of the super hero genre, graphic and violent. At times slows down. Some fun twists and great acting.
