I would write Biden in in every election if he were to say something like "Look... According to a lot of people I don't know what the hell I'm doing. Do you want to take that risk, Vladdy? One minute I'm eating an ice cream cone and the next I decide to turn your house to ash. Is it possible? I dunno. But do you want to risk getting into what's left of my brain if I take a turn to crazy town? Back off, ese! Don't you know I'm loco!"
