How we doing on the fast boys? Yesterday was pretty easy for me, but not gonna lie...I'm hungry lol. Luckily I've been busy as shit with work and that's helped keep my mind on something else. My previous experience is tomorrow will be easier than today.

The great thing about cigars for a fast:
They taste fantastic.
Appetite suppressant in the nicotine.
Pairs well with coffee.

Decided to bring this back. Not sure where else to post, don't see an official "Quit" thread. Fasting, lifting, eating clean, dry months, etc are far from my issue or challenge. I've finally decided to address the elephant in the room for me, drinking. Been tieing one of nightly for years and years. Been high functioning otherwise, but I've always done other things for my health and self, while continuing to drink. I've done dry Januarys and such, but this is different. There is no escape hatch of going back to drinking when over.

So I'm day 8, for maybe forever. Also, cut weed and day 5 on that, daily smoker for probably20yrs. Body and mind have definitely been thrown for loop. Sleep, anxiety, all sorts of new things that have been dulled over thr years. Here we go. Just felt the need to type all this.
