I had a full blood work done after I actually told my doctor what I was doing, everything was pretty much perfect, there were a few things outside the range but she wasn't concerned about it

Can someone give me like the 10 bullet point list in how to prep for this and what goals to set?
step 1: 3-4 days before starting cut all carbs, this will truly help the water diet

step 2: start water diet , days 1-3 try really hard to just drink water and black coffee (after day 3 it surprinsingly gets easier)

step 3: by day 4 you should not be hungry, just weak (this is why you do this during a vacation week or a slow week) , at that point it becomes a battle to not grab a bite when your family is eating and stuff , we would make bone broth for nights when we would feel weak and almost break the water diet, 1 small serving can get u to the next day

GSP does it for exactly 4 days , you will see benefits as long as you do at least 3-4 days

One data point that blew my mind was I was eating more in 2 days then I was when I had gone strict keto 6 years previously and the weight loss was the exact same. During keto I felt like I was starving eating 1800 calories a day while working out. While fasting I was eating well above that within a 2 day timeframe and never felt like I was starving.
