Started out as Wimp to Warrior before the re-brand, based out of Platinum Extreme gym just north of the bridge in Sydney - I trained there for a fair while.
Awesome program founded by Richie Cranny (who is/was a member here) that takes your average person off the couch and puts them in the cage a couple of months later.

It's not to be PC. It was an inside joke that wasn't funny to everyone and has overstayed its welcome. I'm sure it can be reversed fairly easily, but @Wild posts exclusively from an Apple watch and hasn't figured out how to tap into the Admin functions from that tiny screen yet.

Yes it was some coding joke, and there are/were some funny coding jokes...no tech guy to change it currently...we just circumvent that code with creative alternatives, had kind of forgotten about it actually.

It’s such a cool program. They trained everything and had/have coaches for all aspects, it was based in the gym - but the gym had classes of everything too on a wider scale.
When Platinum folded the BJJ crew started up Training Grounds in St Leonards.
My BJJ journey started in ‘97

You were very good from what I remember. It reminded me of a Jamaican chap called Joe I knew. He was a fitness instructor. He tapped me out in his guard by squeezing his legs. It taught me that while technique is key it can be muscled out by genetics.
