So just outlaw all groups of excluding others, whenever there is a group of whites wanting to get together make sure the blacks are allowed to have a small group of observers there and when the blacks want to get together the white observer group comes along.

I'm not totally sure the details of their setup

If it's in public, then it's about them being vocal and rude but such excluding is not legal. The public space is for the public.

If their meeting is going to be in a private venue for which they own or have rented, that is their right to exclude anybody they want from their party even if that's based on race.

Reading the brief details online seem to be the latter.

And that case this is just as much about private property rights as it is anything.

And in the end I still hold fast that simply silencing such discourse through criminality into the shadows will only further the spread of such ideology.
