Why are there holes at the end of each step? Is that for plants or something?
Red circle is to give the fascia something to screw into
Blue circle is so the treads lay more even. The steel running perpendicular to the deck sits inside the the steel running parallel to it. If you don't lay a piece flat then the middle of treads will want to sit lower than the outsides.

The Buckeyes are off today so I decided to start my deck restoration project. Should be fun.

I banged the wife, watched F1, did the dishes, watered the flowers, cleaned the fish tank glass, and popped some champagne. I reckon it’s a mixed bag.

Replaced a dead bathroom ceiling fan motor
I did that recently
Upgraded to a high speed cannabis greenhouse Dayton fan, 262-362? cubic feet per minute, airs that bathroom out in about...one minute lol. Total overkill but I love it.

looks kinda like this one, was like 3-400 new but It was a clearance sale and I got it for like 40 bucks

Damn that's a steal. I need two if you come across that again lol

With how humid it gets here during the summer that would be clutch. Especially when my son takes a 45 minute shower. That one is 50cfm

I had just gotten a new roof and those 50CFM ones wouldn't blow open the new vents so basically wouldn't push any air out of the bathroom. So I went big instead.

I did buy second one, but I think I should hang on to it incase this one burns out down the line.

If you have any grow stores near you they have all types of shit like that, won't fit very well inside the ducting but I customized it.

I bought mine at this place in Oregon...THey are a big chain now with lots of locations and they surely do tons of online selling. But it is best to check it out in person of course to see how loud they are and how they could fit a vent.

What the fuck bro!
Amazingly no broken bones. I still think I chipped the top end of my ulna.
They're worried about tendon/ligament tear.

Picked up a box, tripped over another box, straight to cement with my elbow out. Probably the second hardest slam I've ever taken.
