We are canning 8 lbs of cucumber onion garlic hot pepper relish tonight

That will make 24 lbs on the year...goes good on all types of meat, fish, poultry

Lunch: Turkey meatballs w/ spinach & feta served with penne & pasta sauce w/ carrot, zucchini, onion, & garlic mixed in. Topped with a little mozzarella. #sundaymealprep

Lunch: Pork fried rice that I prep'ed for work lunches for the week.

I also prep'ed some oatmeal for breakfast for tomorrow and cut up the veggies I need for salads throughout the week. I don't have to cook or prep anything tomorrow other than searing a few scallops for dinner.

Wings while I watch my Giants get their asses beat again. Smoked for two hours over charcoal and cherry wood. Fried in peanut oil to finish them and crisp the skin. Homemade Buffalo sauce.
