Is that lemon zest I see?
It came out medium. I was going for medium rare though. The skin rendered down and crisped up nicely. I hit it with salt & pepper from the get go. I should have waited on the pepper until the flip. Finished with lemon juice and zest. Not perfect, but still very good.

I was going to do orange and honey, but I didn't have an orange and grocery shopping day is tomorrow. Lemon wasn't bad though.
I bet it was delicious.
Hash: chorizo, potato, red bell and poblano peppers, shallots, avocado, garlic, hot sauce, spices, 3 eggs, cheddar, baby spinach dressed in white wine vinegar and honey. Tough to present any way other than rustic. What it lacks in look it makes up for in flavor!

That's not my pic it was just one I found online that had both varieties of those bottles lol. Funny thing is I have a 3-pack of Busch right now so I know exactly what you're talking about haha. Bidet might be needed IMO...

It's 100 degrees here with no A/C. I decided to bust out the slow cooker for meal prep this week in order to avoid using the stove or the oven and heating the place up more so. I regret nothing.
Lunch: Chicken legs with some rice and veggies.
