Obscene amount of touchage but I'm glad you rested the ribeye enough to avoid blood from spilling into the sides. Could've been a huge disaster.Ribeye from the cows, scalloped potatoes not from the box bullshit, broccoli and cheese with a side of horseradish sauce for the ribeye.

Cherrywood pellets on sale right now at Woke Depot for 55% off if anyone cares. I don't know if Kingsford makes good pellets or not, but I love their charcoal. I had to pick up a few bags since all my other pellets are blends.
