We should compare cholesterol numbers I’m actually starting a super high fiber diet tomorrow and have made several batches of black bean meatless chili!
Black beans
Vegetable broth
Salsa
Celery
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Chili Powder
Cumin
For this I used
Soaked kidney beans 2 days.
Then cooked them with Himalayan rock salt.
Then threw them in the crock with garlic powder, cayenne pepper, chili powder, 2 medium chopped
un-yones, a pound or so of 93% lean ground beef, one can of stewed tomatoes, 1 diced tomato, cumin, then topped it here with cheese and green
un-yone.
It's perfecto after 4 days from start.
Gotta finish off this smoked salmon and asparagus from the other night.
Then it's time to soak these ribs for the Memorial day weekend before a dry rub & the grill.
