T bone looking mini T bones....steaks of lamb leg...some other piece that is got side sections of a few bones in it

rosemary(from the garden), avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder(or fresh minced)....this is a rub and just let it soak in for 45 minutes and lamb room temp

it is heavenly...cook to med rare, must have pink

will try to take a pic...tasty meat

Lamb, elk and moose are my favourite meats.

Breakfast

Garlic tomato, onion, cheese omelette with sausage and bun.

Which I immediately made into an omelette bunwich.

Lunch for work

Left over spicy chicken burger from last night, cauliflower and baby tomatoes, strawberries, kale salad and yogurt drink.

I finished up the rest of the shrimp I bought yesterday with a curried shrimp salad for lunch.

For dinner, curried chicken breast with brown rice and veggies (with a beer and the Yankees game).
