This is another asian food hot pepper that is supposed to have medical benefits. The sensation you get from cracking a peppercorn from it in your mouth is almost like getting an electrical shock.I do the same, this is my first go at home.

I work outside all day and drink a minimum of 4 litres of water (a milk jug for you Americans). I put two tablespoons of powdered Gatorade in the jug to give it a bit of taste.
The store bought is way too sweet. I wanted to buy unsweetened Kool aid and put a tablespoon of sugar and a quarter teaspoon of salt in it (per 4 litres / 1 gallon) but you can’t buy it in Canada anymore that’s when I found the Gatorade powder. As long as you don’t put anywhere near the amount they say in it’s quite good and the flavour makes me drink more than I would with straight water.Nice...I also work outside all day and have to chug the liquids
I prefer gatorade that way(made from powder) I don't like the pre made stuff
