Do you know the marketplace and its pain points?

Next week I'm drafting a "Collaboration And Research/Development Agreement" (CARDA) with a national institute, a large company in the industry, and a university (or two).

Good News is that I expect to be able to carve out a large section of IP in that agreement for myself and my industry partner.
