And how do you not positively ID your target before shooting them. I really wish there was video to see how this insane shit played out. Imagine fucking dudes up in Fortnight and a cop just rolling into your apartment. You’re all “wtf” and they just shoot you.
this has already happened.

Breaking into someone’s home and killing them is murder. A manslaughter warrant is laughable.
Manslaughter is a slam dunk. If you ever wanted to see a cop go to jail this is the best chance you're ever going to get.

Are you pricks serious? This brave officer FEARED FOR HER LIFE!!!!! She didn’t know it wasn’t her own home. Officer safety is paramount and if that means a couple hundred innocent people are in ‘officer involved shootings’ every year, then these criminals need to just not resist arrest and fight it out in the courts or file a formal complaint!

You should see some of the cheese-dick, blue line sheepdog apparel they have. I came across a couple gems. My favourite is this one... wolves, sheep, sheepdogs, then they use a pic of a lion. LOL

They even have one for our boy, @Lars

Can you imagine the type of person that puts this on, looks in the mirror and says ‘this is the image I want to put out to the world’?....

There's a couple stories going around here(Dallas FTW area) regarding cops. First one was an Arlington cop shooting a black man dead, then this story.

The first story however I think is completely justified based on the video. The cop had already pulled over two guys when one of them starts rolling the window up as the officer was talking to him, and the officer tells him "no no no" to stop him from doing that and had placed his arm in there but the driver or passenger still tried rolling the window up which caused the cop to be stuck to the window/car and then the driver tried speeding off and the cop was pleaing for his life, took his gun out and shot. Very different situation.

But "entering the WRONG apartment", how the fuck can that be explained. Kids don't even do shit like that. I've had kids walk into my apartment without knocking just opening the door but that was a case of poor manners thinking they can just walk into someone they know house.

Dude I work 80 hours a week sometimes in a 10x more physical environment and I would know if I’m in the wrong fucking house.
Glad youbare the standard for everybody in this world. You know everything about everything and you also know how other people will react. We should all die since we are not worthy to be in your world.

More like the cop jumped on the running board and grabbed the window as it was going up and then unloaded his pistol and hopped off. He wasnt pinned. Watch the video. The window was only halfway up when robocop decided to jump off on his own accord. How does a person’s arm get stuck in a half rolled window and what did he expect to do jumping up on the running board?

On the flip side, we should all die when the inept cop you have allowed to keep on the beat walks into our homes and opens fire on her own shadow, since blue lives matter.

Yeah next time you're pulled over and an officer is talking to you through an open window, just cut him off mid sentence, roll the window up and start driving away, and report back to me how well that works for you lol

I know there is a "devil's advocate" but at some point in time you need to put yourself in the situation and ask yourself honestly if you would have done the same thing. If you really think you'd try to drive off mid traffic stop, please don't tell me you live in any state I'm associated with.

So you believe there are officers in the Dallas PD that are so overworked that they are literally hallucinating that they are in their home as they stroll through someone else’s?

So you think because you can do it then everyone else can? You are the gold standard, everyone else is just breathing your air

That is a textbook strawman argument.

I never advocated anything that you claimed in the post. I honesty don’t understand how you could have read what I wrote and got that from it. The driver is retarded for doing what he did, but the cop was not pinned by the window and was in no danger of dying until he decided to jump on the running board instead of simply letting go. What he he trying to do? Physically hold the vehicle back?

I criticized the cop’s decision to jump on the running board and unload on the driver. I put myself in the shoes of the cop, not the driver. Try to follow along a little more carefully.

Something similar happened to me and my wife. I came home early from work one night and found a 20 year old Latin kid porking my wife. Anyway, it turned out he had accidentally went to the wrong house and then mistaken MY wife for HIS wife. She wasn’t wearing her glasses and she thought HE was ME!
You can imagine all the confusion. We all had a good laugh about it.
I choked laughing at this.... Never change brother... Never change

So she worked 40 hours a week? I must have missed that part, but since you just said it then it must be true.
Never said she did, but having been in and raised around law enforcement, I can guarantee she wasn’t working enough hours to put her in a completely different reality where she would think she’s walking around her house while actually being in someone else’s

I agreed with you and you are still trying to argue. You and your family are apparently better than everyone else. Your opinion is the only truth. We all get it by now.
