If Perry can withstand Till's shots, it would be a mad fight to watch.
Techniquely Till is better, but can he handle Perry's toughness for 3 or 5 rounds?

I honestly can't remember Till getting cracked that bad, so I don't know.
Till's got range and technically superior striking, I doubt Perry can hit him enough to KO him.
Good question. Perry isn't the most accruate striker. Relies on landing 1 shot, which all he needs to stumble, or put his opponent out.
I might go over Till's fights, I hope he has the toughness to back up his talents. He's a breath of fresh air in the division.
But to be honest, Perry doesn't deserve a shot at Till at this moment. Needs to beat a top 10 opponent.
