I don’t think they would like the freeze we get every year. While we have similar climate, LA usually freezes a couple times a winter whereas South FL doesn’t.

Yea we have that for the nutria rat, coyotes, hogs, etc. Nutria are literally eating away our wetlands, so the state will pay $5/pelt.
Oh and before you ask "humanely kill" means to kill with one blow/strike (so as to avoid suffering), can be from a stick/club or a pellet gun
Yea, we had three legit snow storms last winter which I’m not sure has ever happened. We usually get one every few years or so, but three was crazy and it stuck to the ground too.

I left my guy alone. I was taught to just let nature be. He was pretty close to our base camp though and we could hear it yelping right before we went to bed. If you have ever heard that, you know it's a pretty sad sound. A baby calling for it's mother.
I thought of you when I saw a mockingbird nest inside a tree hollow last week. One of the mockingbird parents was perched on the edge if the hollow, staring at me with eyes that said "go ahead and try to fuck with my nest, bitch".
I read the mama wont come back if you touch them.
I would give alot to have invasive peacocks where I live. Birds are great.

Why do they suck? Squirrels and chipmunks suck but birds I give a pass to , though chipmunks are really cute but f squirrels.
