Whiskey has Zero carbs in it.

Also prior to my whiskey conversion 5 years ago (when I became a man) vodka was my jam. I've consumed many a screwdriver in my day.
interesting...it has sugars though once it breaks down doesn't it?

All alcohol does to smoke extent. But the chemical make up is different. Red dry wine is nets to like 4-6 grams a glass and whiskey is a 0
When I was overweight I did Atkins really strictly staying under the 20g a day rule. No alcohol for the first 2 weeks but as much vodka and whiskey as you like after. I was going out for curry and everything so long as I counted my carbs and didn’t have rice or potato. I really missed wine though.

Lost 14lb in a fortnight then put half of it back on with a week in Sicily.

Keto for about three months now. Dropped 15 real quick but have slowed down a bit.

Idk if it's a good thing or not but I've discovered this week on the nights I have a few glasses of bourbon I wake up the next day a few lbs less than the day before.

Trying to lower my cholesterol because it's in stroke territory.
So like 5 egg whites... but gotta mix it with something else to get the hearty feel.
Put in spinach, green onions, Italian sausage, and salsa.
