Do you really think that's a good hypothesis?
If you thought somebody was assaulting you or trying to rape you, would you forget who it was?
I don't really understand this line of thinking as I've never met somebody who was assaulted physically or sexually and then accidentally pointed the finger at somebody they knew.
if you want to go down the route that they're both telling the truth...
Or is it more likely that kinky kav was blackout drunk and doesn't remember?
She named 4 witnesses, including a lifetime friend, who all said didn't happen. Again, not to beat a dead horse, but she didn't remember when (not even the year) this happened, nor where it happened. Who was potentially blackout drunk? Was there a pool at the house or apartment party, or does she always wear a one piece bathing suit under her clothes? She doesn't know how she got there, nor how she got home, yet distinctly remembers only drinking one beer. Then we can get into present day issues, where she doesn't remember key details just weeks ago, like whether she was video taped taking the lie detector, whether her lie detector test was taken on the day of her relative's funeral (they told the lie detector guy it had to be next day because she was flying to new hampshire the following day, and next day was the day of the funeral), whether she gave he media outlet her alleged psychologist's notes, and then the hilarious claim that she couldn't come to DC to testify when requested because part of her trauma from the incident made her scared to fly (even though she was in Maryland at the time, not california as stated, and has extensive history of flying everywhere - quite often).
