i hear ya but you just end up with more corrupt parties and coalition govts.right now in BC the liberals won the election the NDP came in second and greens 3rd. greens and ndp combined their seats to oust the liberal govt and basically we have the second place and 3rd place losers running the province and the winner is the official opposition

Why's that?
Blowing her wad imo. Dethroning Trump is unlikely and she's campaigning for a defensive, fractured party. Should be letting the madness play out and jockey for the empty seat in 2024.

I like her though. Will be interesting to watch unfold.

Is she throwing up the Shaka?
interesting origin of that gesture

According to the Honolulu Star-Bulletin, prevailing local lore credited the gesture to Hamana Kalili of Laie, HI, who lost the three middle fingers of his right hand while working at the Kahuku Sugar Mill. Kalili was then shifted to guarding the sugar train, and his all-clear wave of thumb and pinkie is said to have evolved into the shaka as children imitated the gesture.

All the declared candidates so far are pretenders. Zero chance of securing the nomination.

Team Spartacus. First gay President. Let's get this bread.

I was all on board the Booker train after watching brick City and some of his early career. You're probably right that he stands a better chance than most. Just feels like both sides of the aisle have turned on him a few times the last couple of years.

Fauxcahontas (#mesioux) and feel the Bern wouldn’t win but theg would be a great comedic source for the duration of their run.

John Delaney looks like will ferrel in political costume and Castro looks like a child molester.

Not looking looking so hot for the Democratic Party.

A clear lack of understanding when it comes to Canadian politics.

When a minority govt is voted in, those with votes need to be able to cooperate with their counter parts in the minority govt. It was clear the Liberals were unable to do this... or were they able to hold onto the confidence of their peers.

Saying the Liberals 'won the election' is like people crying Hillary won the popular vote. What, do you have rocks in your head?

You forgot to mention, the '1st place' (Liberals) attempted to steal the platform of the 2nd and 3rd place losers and rebrand it as their own until the people of BC said hell no and ousted them with a non confidence vote. The Liberals after losing the vote attempted their last ditch effort at holding onto power and stole over 30 election promises from the 2nd and 3rd losers (NDP and Greens) and pissed all over their supporters as they did so. The Liberals proved themselves to be spineless and power hungry at all costs. How does a party switch stances on most issues after the votes have been cast? How does that reflect their supporters wishes?

With you being a Liberal voter, I am surprised to learn you support:
-Increases social assistance rates
-Increased disability payment rates
-Subsidized childcare spaces
-Basic income support for youth aged 18 to 24 transitioning out of care
-Increase legal aid funding by 25 per cent
-Increase the number of RCMP officers dedicated to drug enforcement by 30 per cent.
-Create a new minister of state for mental health, addiction and recovery.
-"Eliminate tolls on the Port Mann Bridge, work with TransLink to eliminate tolls on the Golden Ears Bridge and expedite the replacement of the Patullo Bridge."
-Double B.C. Arts Council funding
-Build 50,000 new units over 10 years as part of a new rent-to-own program
-$50 million expansion of electric vehicle charging infrastructure

Chicken little cried the sky would fall if the 2nd place losers ever regained power in BC.. Skip jump ahead two years later and the 2nd and 3rd place losers (NDP and Greens) have BC in a great spot economically with the strongest economy in Canada and the lowest unemployment rates.

You cant form a govt if you cant hold the confidence of the people. So really, your '1st place winners' (Liberals) were your 3rd place losers.

I already posted.... Doesn't matter who wins for the Dems. The winner is the next President. Take it to the bank. Or not.
