it's a nothing-burger of a story. A friend of a verified election monitor showed up with a baton to the polling place. The police were called, he was asked to leave, and away he went.

it's a 15m anecdote that people are still dragging out 12 years later as 'evidence' of voter suppression.
do you think voter suppression happened in that precinct, and if so, how much?
